サーフィンはしないし、見た目は力士みたいですが、アロハスピリットは誰よりもあります。

私たちはハワイが好きな人、すべての方を歓迎します。もちろんハワイへ行ったことがない方も、ハワイってどんなところなんだろうと思う方も、Laule'aへ来れば、ハワイに帰ってきたような気分になれる、そんなお店を目指しています。
ハワイ・オアフ島出身のシェフ・ユリーがつくるハワイ料理は、ハワイのローカルに愛される料理。
日本ではなじみのハワイ料理だけではなく、ハワイに昔から伝わる伝統料理の数々をできるだけハワイの食材を使い、ハワイと同じ調理法で、本場のハワイを日本にいながら感じられる場所を提供します。

Laule'a is a new Hawaiian Restaurant, unlike other Hawaiian Restaurants in Japan, our main focus is bringing real authentic taste from Hawaii, to Japan while also bringing Hawaii's ALOHA spirit and Japanese hospitality (omotenashi) and fusioning them together creating Laule'a; which means in Hawaiian "happiness". We want to bring hapiness to everyone who comes to Laule'a. Our friendly staff are waiting to meet you. We welcome anyone to come and experience our hospitality and Hawaii's real taste.
Da chef is Ulysses and he is born and raised in Hawaii. His dishes are from traditional Hawaiian food, fresh POKE, Kalua pig and Haupia desserts, but he doesn't stop there. He bring multi cultural cuisine to da menu from Japanese influence to Chinese, Philipines and American etc.....
